We used Susan Summers in the past as a Selling agent and we knew how committed, knowledgeable and honest she was throughout the entire process. It was easy for us to ask her to assist us with our recent purchase. There were many glitches along the way (out of our hands and beyond our control) but Susan kept on top of all issues and correspondence in a very timely and professional manner.

Had been looking at properties in the area with another broker, and were not satisfied. We saw Susan's sign on a house we liked and called her to ask about it. It was under contract so I explained what we were looking for, and she took it from there, saying that she'd be glad to work with us. I cannot say enough about Susan; an enthusiastic, go-getter. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the job she did for us, going above and beyond the average real estate agent. A consummate, attentive and responsive professional. She is way above average on EVERYTHING, from understanding what we wanted, scheduling appointments, being reachable always; start to finish!

Although we had 3 top agents contact us, Susan contacted us immediately, set up an appointment within hours of the call, and demonstrated to us that she was knowledgeable about the area and the market in the area. Susan was on the same page, as anxious to sell our property as we were and totally understood our position. She knew we wanted the property to go on the market priced right and the ease of the sale demonstrated that she knew what she was doing. Even though we had a signed contract within 2 days of putting the house on the market, Susan still went ahead with the open house just in case something went wrong. She went above and beyond throughout our dealings with her. Susan went to bat for us with the inspector, found us a reliable and reasonable roofer and handyman and oversaw the work and the payment while we were out of town. She stayed on top of everything making the closing quick and painless. We could not have asked for or received better service. Susan is an excellent 'face' of Century 21 and represents the industry well. I would recommend her to anyone, any time, all day long. We truly feel Susan had our best interests at heart all along the way. After years of not being very pleased when buying and selling property, Susan made this house selling experience easy and pleasant.
