Less than 3% of REALTORS have completed the advanced training and completed the transaction requirements needed to learn the CRS Designation. As a full-time seasoned agent and a consistent Top Producing Agent since 1998, I have gained experience working on hundreds of successful transactions over the past 25 years. When purchasing a home, you need to work with an agent who understands your needs and can offer creative ideas. I have listed and sold all types of properties, big and small. Seller reviewWe listed our house with Susan after listening to her presentation about how she would list and market our house. We learned during her presentation that she is smart, professional, knowledgeable about the market, and that she has a great track record. Over the course of the next 11 months (That's how long it took to sell our house! However, there were at least 3 other comparable houses in our neighborhood, 2 of which are on our street, that had been listed before ours and are still on the market!), we found out that Susan is a real work horse. Open houses every 2 weeks, updates on every viewing within 24 hours, frequent calls as to market conditions, suggestions as to what we could do to make our house more marketable. After we moved and left the area, Susan became almost a surrogate owner, acting on our behalf (of course, after consulting with us) about repairs, contacting repairmen, etc. She is a true professional and we would certainly use her again. She is a gem!
