Buyer reviewSusanne is not only knowledgeable, she's honest, trustworthy and very hard working. I truly felt as if she had my best interest at hand. The whole real estate transaction process can be daunting, but I rested easy knowing Susanne had everything under control and was on top of things.

Buyer reviewWe met Susanne Chiefa after moving to NJ from TX. We met her at an open house in 2009 and she was very nice, down to earth and knowledgeable. We were unable to buy a home until our home in TX sold, which took much longer than anticipated. (sold in Dec 2013) We told Susanne what kind of home we would be looking for, and where, and she emailed possible homes for almost 4 years. She checked in periodically, via email, to see where we were in the process of selling our TX home and the time frame of buying in NJ. When we were finally able to look at homes, after our TX home sold, she was very patient and helpful in the process. Susanne Chiefa always responded in a timely manner, whether there were homes we wanted to see or questions we had about a potential home. We always felt like we were a priority to her and not just another client. I highly recommend Susanne Chiefa. She is very approachable, down to earth, honest, helpful, understanding and trustworthy. In the end, Susanne felt like our friend, not our Realtor.

Seller reviewSusanne Chiefa was an excellent realtor in selling our home. She was very confident, knew the neighborhood extremely well, and was a real advocate for selling properly and ethically. She knew the market well and priced the house correctly, even though other realtors we spoke to had priced it lower for a quick sale. She had excellent contacts for getting other professionals to assist us. The home got full price offers immediately due to the suggested updates Susanne recommended. She even provided some of her own items to give the place a new look. There were issues with the closing, but Suzanne did an excellent job in keeping the process moving forward, and got her broker involved to assist. Overall she was great, and I would highly recommended her to others interested in selling.

We were looking outside her usual neighborhoods, but that didn't stop her from finding exactly what we were looking for. We had a long wait between offer and closing as per the seller's request, and she made herself available that entire time in order to make sure the process went smoothly for us. We highly recommend her!
