Susanne was fantastic throughout the whole experience. Her knowledge, local and general, was very helpful. She was down to earth in her approach and reasoning. She navigated a tough transaction and always remained cool and collected approaching all topics. When we got swamped she was great at keeping all parties aligned. Over and above, she has great insights into home maintenance, upkeep, renovations... just an added bonus. Sometimes you run into someone for a reason: with us, it was to help us purchase a new home.
