I am proud to be a REALTOR® at CENTURY 21 Curran & Oberski servicing you from all four of our Metro Detroit office locations; Dearborn Heights, Dearborn, Royal Oak, and Northville. I was born and raised in Dearborn Heights and still live in the Greater Detroit Area. Prior to real estate, I worked for four years in the mortgage industry. The knowledge I gained from my past employment is applied to transactions and works for my client's best interests in negotiations. I also worked as an office manager in the heating and cooling business, as well as at a cement company. Again, my experiences in these fields are valuable tools for buyers and sellers alike.

My three sons recommended Suzie and were helpful. This property was on the market two months before and didn't sell at a higher price. When Suzie told me I had to lower the price I listened.

Seller reviewSusie Carone was such a stress reliever when I was in the market for my current home. I knew she'd be the one the sell my parents home. I have to say that the house was dated & needed to have some upgrades done but the pics Susie had the photographer take were outstanding! The display she used online is what sold it because it just caught your eye. My mom would have been proud to see her house look so nice. Susie was also always ready to answer any questions I had. She knows her stuff that's for sure. She made a very bad situation doable. She had to put up with 4 sisters who don't agree on anything. She did a lot of mediating. Fortunately, for me she did it well. As I stated before I knew she knew her stuff from my prior dealing with her & I will continue to have her deal for me and recommend her to any who ask. I'm just glad it's over and the house sold/closed quickly. I know I've said it to her but I'll say it again ...Thank You, Susie Carone.
