I was born and raised in Dearborn Heights and still live in the Greater Detroit Area. Prior to real estate, I worked for four years in the mortgage industry. The knowledge I gained from my past employment is applied to transactions and works for my client's best interests in negotiations. I also worked as an office manager in the heating and cooling business, as well as at a cement company. Again, my experiences in these fields are valuable tools for buyers and sellers alike.

Buyer reviewMy company relocated me & my family from Texas to Michigan. Having only come to the Detroit metro area for work the past couple of years, I wasn't too familiar with anything outside of hotels and restaurants. The agent charged with the sale of my home in Texas had just recently helped a couple that moved from Michigan to Texas and that couple had mentioned their listing agent in Michigan was great to work with. We reached out to Susie and immediately, over the phone we felt comfortable working with Susie. My wife and I only had one visit to Michigan to find a home for our family and after numerous phone calls back and forth; Susie was able to compile a list of homes that met our needs and schedule showings prior to our trip. Every house that Susie showed was a contender! She was really able to get an idea of our wants & needs simply over the phone; we went house shopping from early morning until late in the evening and Susie was just as energetic at each showing. Her patience extends well beyond what any other realtor we've dealt with in the past; she is genuinely kind, graceful and has a level of humility that makes you feel welcomed. We are really grateful that Susie is our realtor and we will recommend her to everyone we know looking to buy or sell in the area.

Seller reviewI had dealt with Susie in the past this is our 5 house within the last few years between buying and selling of houses we also inherited from deaths, Susie is wonderful to deal with very knowledgeable and helpful with all matters. The house never even went on the market (only for a short 5 minutes to mark it sold) she would tell clients looking for houses my house was getting ready to go up for sale makes things wonderful not having to deal with all kinds of showings. Can't say anything but excellent stuff about Susie, all excellent marks says it all.
