Suzanne Gwaltney was straight forward with us on our offer to purchase land in Oriental. We loved how she explained our offer was strong and came back with our offer was granted, and agreed that we had done well on this purchase. Actually explained how the seller could of by spending some extra funds on up keep of the land, made more money, and the offer was understand of such.
