Because my husband and I lived so far away from the areas we were looking in, and because of the nature of our own professional obligations, we were pressed for time, and frequently needed (or wanted) a great deal of work from Suzanne Gwaltney, and from her firm. Often on very short notice, and at inconvenient times. Because we are also both very detail oriented, and hands on, we also wanted some things outside of the usual parameters of property hunting. This firm always came through.
