Buyer reviewI inquired about a home in Oriental, NC that I saw on Zillow. Suzanne Gwaltney was the agent who represented the property. She responded quickly and inquired about what I was looking for . She asked lots of questions and gave me considerable information. There weren't any houses in the area that met our needs and Suzanne did not try to push us in a direction that wasn't right for us. We put our house hunt on hold for over a year but when we reached out to Suzanne over a year later, she was ready to jump right in. She knows the area well; she showed us places and areas we never would have known about from an online search. The people in her office are courteous and helpful as well. Dana met us on a Sunday when we had to change an appointment day at the last minute. Suzanne handled the contracts; negotiations; inspections and everything you would expect. She also will also tell you about restaurants; grocery stores and where to get a good cup of coffee! She exceeded our expectations and provides a level of service not frequently seen anymore. I highly recommend Suzanne Gwaltney.

Subsequent feedbacks and follow up were always when she said they would be. We felt understood and looked after. We were particularly pleased with Suzanne's negotiating skills and felt she was looking out for our best interests. It was definitely not a "let's get a sale at any price" approach which we have encountered when dealing with other realtors in the past. We would have no hesitation recommending Suzanne Gwaltney to friends and family in search for a serious realtor who works hard, has a wealth of experience, remains calm and achieves desired results.
