Seller reviewWe recently sold our beautiful 6 acre water front home with the help of Suzanne and Larry Gwaltney. Here's what happened .... After doing some research and taking note of the quality and number of homes sold by Suzanne and Larry Gwaltney, my wife and I contacted them to meet with us. We were very impressed with their professional approach, their marketing plan, and their quality presence on the internet. We were not disappointed! Within two weeks of listing our home and getting it displayed beautifully in numerous on-line venues, Suzanne had a buyer. She was contacted by our out-of-state buyers directly and acted as a "dual agent" in the process.
