Suzanne's Century 21 Corporation awards include: Five Million Dollar Producer, Double Diamond Club, Masters Emerald, Masters Ruby, and Quality Service Pinnacle Producer for her excellent service to both sellers and buyers. In 2019 Suzanne ranked as one of the top 3 Sales Associates in the State of NH. Her hard work and dedication to her customers, her community, and the Century 21 ? System enabled her to earn these outstanding achievements. She joined the Century 21 ? Real Estate Team in January 2006 and has been going strong ever since! Suzanne has lived in the Pembroke area since 1988 and is well known as a longtime Weight Watcher's instructor. While she switched gears for her career and is a full-time CENTURY 21 REALTOR ? since 2006, she shows the same passion and guidance in her real estate role as she knows it's not just selling or buying a house, it's setting goals, dreams, and making them happen. Suzanne works side by side with her husband, retired police Capt. I pick up the phone then call Suzanne,before you know it my house was under contract so fast I couldn't believe it. Therefore, If you are looking for a patient and very understanding real state agent, then Sue is your best option. She was the most caring person I've ever met. Working alone with her husband Tom, doing a great job and very knowledgeable these two. I will definitely refer my friends and family members to them next time. Thank you Sue for everything and all the trouble I put you through. We will see each other again in the future.

Seller reviewSuzanne is a great person, very knowledgeable and experienced. She would be the person I would highly recommend to any prospective buyers or sellers. She explains everything that's going to take place in minute detail and will answer any question you might have, large or small. She is a very amiable person, always trying to alleviate any doubts or fears one might have in selling one's home. It's a very trying, stressful thing to do, but Suzanne is always there to calmly walk you through it. She's the best.
