In 2019 Suzanne ranked as one of the top 3 Sales Associates in the State of NH. Her hard work and dedication to her customers, her community, and the Century 21 ? System enabled her to earn these outstanding achievements. She joined the Century 21 ? Real Estate Team in January 2006 and has been going strong ever since! Suzanne has lived in the Pembroke area since 1988 and is well known as a longtime Weight Watcher's instructor. While she switched gears for her career and is a full-time CENTURY 21 REALTOR ? since 2006, she shows the same passion and guidance in her real estate role as she knows it's not just selling or buying a house, it's setting goals, dreams, and making them happen. Suzanne works side by side with her husband, retired police Capt. Patiently we viewed many homes and with Suzanne offering her plus/minus expert opinion of the various dwellings, we finally located the home we chose to purchase. If you need an agent who will be there from the first house search to the signing of the last form at closing, Suzanne will be there every step of the way. Buyer reviewSuzanne worked with us for about 3 years in this tough real estate market. She was incredibly patient and kind with our many questions as this was our first time purchasing a home. Suzanne was always willing to explain things in further detail and make sure we understood the process and felt comfortable. At no point did we feel pressured; she truly wanted us to find a house that we wanted to be our home-and we did end up finding the perfect place! Suzanne's knowledge of the area shows and it's clear she's been an agent for many years and knows the ins and outs of the business. Seller reviewSuzanne listened to my preferences and worked to accommodate them. This sale encountered a challenge at the open house and Suzanne was able to work with the potential new owner to resolve the issue. 18 parties attended the open house and 5 offers were received. Granted the property was desirable but Suzanne worked to present the best perspective on each offer. The property sold for $30,000 over the asking price even though the sale had a significant challenge. I am very pleased with the final result.
