Suzanne's Century 21 Corporation awards include: Five Million Dollar Producer, Double Diamond Club, Masters Emerald, Masters Ruby, and Quality Service Pinnacle Producer for her excellent service to both sellers and buyers. In 2019 Suzanne ranked as one of the top 3 Sales Associates in the State of NH. Her hard work and dedication to her customers, her community, and the Century 21 ? System enabled her to earn these outstanding achievements. She joined the Century 21 ? Real Estate Team in January 2006 and has been going strong ever since! Suzanne has lived in the Pembroke area since 1988 and is well known as a longtime Weight Watcher's instructor. While she switched gears for her career and is a full-time CENTURY 21 REALTOR ? since 2006, she shows the same passion and guidance in her real estate role as she knows it's not just selling or buying a house, it's setting goals, dreams, and making them happen. Suzanne works side by side with her husband, retired police Capt. She was willing to set up viewings of anything I was interested in and would give me any pertinent details about the home or neighborhood. She made sure I found the home that met my needs and fit my personality and stage of life. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

Having a two-person team was great as it allowed either one of them to meet us for showings. Suzanne was our main point of contact for all communications and she was amazing! She was extremely responsive, and always found time to correspond no matter where she was. She had great resources as well and the lender she recommended was also amazing! It was obvious that she had a great working relationship with him. Both Suzanne and Tom were very patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and we couldn't have asked for better realtors! At our closing we were all sharing stories, laughing and having a great time! Buying our new home was such a positive and even fun experience! We absolutely love our new home and couldn't be happier! I would recommend Suzanne Walsh to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

She was clear and thorough in all questions and explanations. She is honest and let us know when she would not be available, but had a trusted colleague as a backup, should we want to view a listing. Tom Walsh assisted Suzanne on some appointments and was also available in the event Suzanne was not. He was very communicative, informative, professional and timely. A++ We were impressed with the fact that Suzanne and Tom work together, they make a great team! We were appreciative of the fact that they only take on 6 or 7 clients at a time. This was comforting in knowing that Suzanne sets a limited number of clients to meet the specific needs of each one. This is excellent customer service! Suzanne is very personable, not pushy, listened to what our wants/must haves were. She was available at a time that was convenient for us. She asked great questions. Seller reviewMy home was an older mobile home even tho it was in good condition and I got an appraised value at the beginning it was harder to sell. Even the appraiser said I should have no problem selling it. Mobile homes are harder in general. Then in the middle of it all the owner of the park made it a 55+ park so that cut my buyers down to nothing. several younger people wanted it for the original price I asked but because of rule of the park they didn't qualify such as only 4 people in house hold when the ones interested had 3 kids plus parents. and They started being very picky about who moved in. If it where not for these factors the house would have sold in a month and 1/2 she was definitely there for me. Because of my illness i would get anxious about things out of the blew and she would always re assure me or address anything I needed. we also gave her the task of finding us a home and i sent her properties 5 & 6 daily and she acted on them right away. Best experience ever from start to finish. Professional ,Knowledgeable considerate of may needs as a disabled person and mindful of my cats. Texted or emailed my concerns constantly and she always on top of everything. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
