I had meet Tammy because I had previously bought a lot in Mountain Lakes that I had decided to sell. The man who sold me the lot for 1075 Majestic Shores had moved away and through some research I found that Tammy had purchased his old web site. I contacted Tammy and we meet. It was the best decision my wife and i made. We meet with her was impressed with her knowledge, her professional manner, Tammy told us of all the ways she would market our lot in addition to placing it on the MLS and putting up a sign. She listened to me when I wanted to put pull the house when Covid 19 hit and we had the lock downs but also called me up when she saw the market turning and told us now is the time to put it back in the market. She was right and we had a contract in 3 weeks with a lot of other people interested in the property. I trully believe she is in the top 1 % of the Realotors I have worked with and would recommend her without reservation.
