The purchase of this property had many twists and turns due to type of house, repairs needed, and questions about the water well being a shared asset by neighboring homes. It ended up being drawn out due to these situations. Tammy carried the ball in every instance, handling all of the contacts with outside contractors, inspectors, etc., due to the fact that I am deaf. She did all the phone work and made sure we were on track with the seller at every phase. Incredible patience and perseverance. She made sure I was kept up on every aspect as soon as it took place. I could not be more pleased with her getting this done for us.
I have bought and sold homes in three different states and many different realtor experiences over our lifetime. In spite of the complications that arose throughout this particular experience, Tammy was always on top of the situation and made sure we got the results that worked best for us.
