I was raised on the South Side of Youngstown and have made my career in the retail and restaurant management industry, which has primed me for the transition to the challenging world of real estate. There was a snag with the water testing holding back the closing of the property. Ted went the extra mile to help get things done so the loan closing could happen in a timely manner.
