I was raised on the South Side of Youngstown and have made my career in the retail and restaurant management industry, which has primed me for the transition to the challenging world of real estate. Seller reviewTed Kegley is an amazing agent! We couldn't be happier with the results. Ted understood our unique needs - we were no longer in the area when we put the house up for sale, and everything needed to be done via phone/text, email, and with electronic signatures. Ted was always accessible and responded promptly to emails and texts, even during early mornings, evenings, and weekends. His extensive knowledge and understanding of the local housing market (especially since live so far away) was key to our house selling so quickly and at a price we were pleased with! Buyer reviewVery simple and easy, as I searched for a house, I spoke to many upon many brokers, some I would rather see in a pot of boiling oil so to speak. In fact, dishonesty would be just the start of my thoughts on them and their actions. With Ted, it was also very simple and easy, He listened, he understood, and he did not try and cover up any faults with the houses nor did he try to as the old saying goes (Ladies skip over this part) Blow smoke up my lower backside. With my background and that of my father, honesty and being forthright is very important, that is Ted in a nutshell.

We looked at many homes and he was very patient when we couldn't find the right one. He would respond to my questions very quickly with much more information then expected. And if he wasn't sure on something he went out of his way to get us those answers. He's not just an agent he does so much more for you then you'd expect from anyone in this line of work. We would love to have him help us if we buy another home.
