I was raised on the South Side of Youngstown and have made my career in the retail and restaurant management industry, which has primed me for the transition to the challenging world of real estate. I share my life with my wonderful wife and three boys. In my free time, I have donated many hours to outdoor youth groups and enjoy providing a moral compass to the leaders of our future.

Buyer reviewHis self description was what made me pick over the other option. He seemed like a real person, rather just a suit and a title. I felt that I could rest easy knowing he would take care of my situation. He went above and beyond reasonable efforts in regards to research and figuring things out. Easy to work with, has a good understanding of people, strategic and outgoing. Would do it again if needed in the future.

Seller reviewTed Kegley is a great guy all around. His brother lived next door to us and told us about Ted. From the first we met Ted we liked him and was easy and helpful with answering any questions about selling our home. He worked hard to get the most for us and to get everything taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. He kept in touch after we moved out of the house and kept us updated on the closing date and anything else we needed to know. Anyone looking for a top realtor should call Ted !! You won't be disappointed. Just pleased with the whole sale of our home and how Ted handled all the important matters and details. Ted is friendly, caring, considerate, hard working, and someone you'll love to have when you're looking for a great realtor.

Buyer reviewWe moved from PA to OH. Our PA agent was not licensed in OH, so he found Ted Kegley for us. We didn't know much about the area, and Ted provided helpful info and was incredibly considerate. He even showed us a house on the day of his wedding anniversary because he knew we had more than an hour drive when we would look at houses after work. When we fell in love with our new home, Ted walked us through every step of the buying process in a professional manner, all the while making us feel comfortable and confident. When we couldn't attend the home inspection, he attended for us. He communicated with us frequently and answered all of our questions promptly. And even after the sale, he reached out to offer his assistance if we had any other questions about the area. I can't imagine the experience being any better. Ted was a great advocate for us and I would gladly recommend him to anyone!

Ted is a very knowledgeable agent that has a lot of experience in Northeastern Ohio. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth home buying process. Buyer reviewA testimony from a real customer?. When I first met ted I knew that instant he was the one that would get me to where I am today. 2 years of houses and deals and fallouts with contracts he STILL stood there and kept on kepin on, my kids enjoyed every time he came around and without ted, the entire house buying process wouldn't have been worth anything. All in all ted is and always will be the number one agent anyone could ask for. Honestly I wish EVERYONE got to experience the home buying process with Ted. It's the little things that mean the most and by that I've lived in my house for a couple weeks and he still checks in to see how we're doing and how the family is adjusting and with out his "customer first" attitude I wouldn't be writing this. Thanks again and anyone who doesn't pick ted doesn't appreciate a wholesome outgoing person! Love it. Loved him. Will always come back if I ever need home buying or selling expertise.
