I have been a consistent top selling and listing agent at CENTURY 21® Crest Real Estate since 1987, and with all the years of receiving the "Circle of Excellence Award" (formally Million Dollar Club), have now earned the Lifetime Achievement designation. I owe my success to the fact that I love my job and enjoy meeting new people. Although licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson, I don't feel like a salesperson. For me, it is an exciting and natural opportunity to achieve the goals of my client's wishes implementing my complete marketing strategy package and getting the property sold! Seller reviewTere Episale is a real asset to Century21. Her knowledge and personality shine thru. Selling a house is a very stressful thing but Tere made the whole process alot easier. Whenever I needed her she was there, and she was very forward and honest about the process of selling a house. I needed things fixed at my house and Tere was very helpful in finding qualified contractors. There were times i was freaking out by Tere was very reassuring. I could not have done it with out her. Before I left the state of NJ, I told all my friends if you ever need to sell, I have the person to get it done. Tere Episale Go get em" Tere!!!!

She was always available to answer questions and always got back in a timely manner. She always kept me updated on what other units in my neighborhood were selling for and offering advice on how to price the house. She was always very professional and kept pushing me when I needed to be pushed. She has a great personality and great sense of humor. She also laughed at my jokes. I would recommend her to anyone. Tere always kept me updated on where we stood with documents and what had to be done next. House sold for more than the listed price. Can't say enough good things about Tere!!!
