I have been a consistent top selling and listing agent at CENTURY 21® Crest Real Estate since 1987, and with all the years of receiving the "Circle of Excellence Award" (formally Million Dollar Club), have now earned the Lifetime Achievement designation. I owe my success to the fact that I love my job and enjoy meeting new people. Although licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson, I don't feel like a salesperson. For me, it is an exciting and natural opportunity to achieve the goals of my client's wishes implementing my complete marketing strategy package and getting the property sold! Seller reviewTere was recommended by my daughter and more importantly by my son-in-law who can be very critical at times. Their recommendation was warranted. After the first weekend on the market the house had numerous offers. One was accepted, but the deal fell through and the house had to be put back on the market. This was a very trying time for me, but Tere worked very hard and had the house back on the market quickly and, again, I had numerous offers after a few days. All together the house was on the market less than two weeks. I never expected this. I thank Tere for working so hard and making it posssible and working with me to calm my anxiety.

She helped me stage my home beautifully to attract buyers and got a professional photographer to take pictures for posting on multiple websites and flyers. She stayed on top of all the details once contracts were signed and helped facilitate both closings. She provided great moral support whenever I needed it!
