I was a little skeptical at first as I wasn't having much luck at first with finding a house as I had already wrote 3 offers with no such luck. Once I was connected with Teresa she seemed to want a house as much as I did. She would aggressively look for homes and send me notifications as soon as something went on the market that met my requirements. I worked with Teresa about 2 months from the time we started viewing homes to closing date. Teresa was very knowledgeable how things worked in Illinois when it came to writing my offer with a FHA loan. She was great at multi tasking as she seemed to have access to everything on her phone. She would make phone calls while we drove from one property to the next and had an answer by the time we would get to the next property. Teresa has great connections with lots of people in the community and has built great rapore. She was available I think even while on vacation to answer any questions I had. I definitely would recommend her and or work with her again.
