Teresa is the best realtor with whom we have ever done business (and we have sold and purchased several homes). She really puts you first; I know she has many other clients, but from our perspective it was like we were her only clients. She took time to get to know us, helped us through both selling and finding a home during one of the most difficult eras of home buying in our locale, always communicated with us instantly, and really treated us like family. She takes professional to a whole new level. When listing our home she did all of her homework: she came prepared with comps and information on our town, used a highly professional photographer to capture the best aspects of our property, and had our sale online in a matter of hours. Our home sold in under three days, and she made it her mission to help us find the perfect home as quickly as possible. She negotiated price, closing deadlines, and details perfectly. She maintains contact with us even after the sale whenever we have a question about anything in our home. I am more happy with our new home and neighborhood than I have been in any other home, and Teresa is the one who literally made it all happen. I have recommended her to everyone I know!

Teresa Skridla was fantastic when looking to purchase my first home, and she clearly has dedication to her job. She explained everything very well to me and made the whole intimidating process of purchasing a first home much easier. She was proactive, caring, and very professional. Perhaps the best illustration of her amazing service is when I would send an email/text at some random time like 6PM on a Saturday, not really expecting a response back for hours, if not until start of business the next day. Instead, I would often get a response within 10 minutes. It is honestly the best customer service I have gotten over an extended time-frame from a single person in my life.
