As a Realtor with more than 20 years of Real Estate experience and having lived here in the Middle Georgia area since 1996 and raising my children here. I enjoy working with my Clients, helping them exceed all of their Real Estate needs. I have received the Quality Service Award yearly since 2012, The Emerald Award and The Ruby Award several times for my production. I received Rookie of the Year my first year in Real Estate and am a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club. With a Degree in Architectural Technology, I truly love working in the residential field as well as investment property. I believe in being completely honest and fair in every situation and this is an extension of the CENTURY 21 philosophy; which is delivering a gold standard of excellence to all of my clients. I truly care about my clients and treat them as if they were close friends or family members. Because of this philosophy, I have happy, loyal customers and a wonderful referral business from those who've done business with me in the past.

Seller reviewAs soon as Terri walked in the door, I knew she would be the one to help me sell my family home. I could see her generosity and kindness. She understood how difficult this process would be for me. My parents were the first family to live in the home. And 55 years later, a new family will make this their new home with love and laughter again. And Terri made this process less painful. And I thank her very much for her patience and understanding.
