As a Realtor with more than 20 years of Real Estate experience and having lived here in the Middle Georgia area since 1996 and raising my children here. I enjoy working with my Clients, helping them exceed all of their Real Estate needs. I have received the Quality Service Award yearly since 2012, The Emerald Award and The Ruby Award several times for my production. I received Rookie of the Year my first year in Real Estate and am a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club. With a Degree in Architectural Technology, I truly love working in the residential field as well as investment property. I believe in being completely honest and fair in every situation and this is an extension of the CENTURY 21 philosophy; which is delivering a gold standard of excellence to all of my clients. I truly care about my clients and treat them as if they were close friends or family members. Because of this philosophy, I have happy, loyal customers and a wonderful referral business from those who've done business with me in the past.

Buyer reviewTerri Jackson is a very outgoing young lady she helped me and my wife with picking the right house out. Whenever we had a question I could just pick up the phone text her or call her no matter what time of the day or night it was and she would answer back. She negotiated with the young lady who we bought the house from a different price for us in and made the young lady feel well with it and will with us that we could come over and take a look at the home and that's with clenched for me. She didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time or my time we looked at several other homes but we fell in love with this one and Terri said that she would speak to the young lady and she did and now we have a beautiful home thanks to Mrs. Jackson this is Terri Jackson. If we do any other home purchasing or looking for anything I would greatly appreciate having Mrs. Terri Jackson by our side she's very knowledgeable on things if anything needs to be fixed or looked at she points a mile for us.
