Buyer reviewTerry was very thorough in our sale and purchase. He made sure we were prepared to go to market and sold our house extremely fast (under contract within a day) even though it was outside his normal territory. We could not have asked for a better experience! Terry was exceptional when it came to our purchase. He quickly honed in on our top priorities and kept in mind our stretch list. He was very respectful of our budget and was not pushy nor tried to maximize our spend. His main goal during the entire process felt like our happiness. Terry is all around a fantastic person. He was very nice and communicative. It seemed like we were going to look at houses with a friend and actually miss touring houses with him!

Buyer reviewI made several appointments with other brokers but they wanted me to come to their office. Terry came to my house to see what he would be selling and brought me Starbucks! Terry was amazing. He handled the selling of our house and the buying of our new house flawlessly! He showed us the property we ended up buying within an hour of us asking him to see it around 6pm on a Sunday. Amazing customer service! He's just amazing! He catered to every request we had and I always felt like he was hard on the job for us. Sold my house in a week and held an open house the first weekend. He brought a stager in free of charge to give me advice on what needed to be done to make it more appealing and his photo guy was amazing.
