My wife and I had great experience working with Terry Bunch. He is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. With his help, it took us 4 months from visiting open houses to finalize our own purchase. We usually visit 6-7 houses on weekend 2-hour trip. Terry always print detailed house information and road maps for us when we visit open houses. This made things much easier for us. He always listened carefully, and answered patiently. Then he shared his experience and knowledge with us. So by the end of the day, we are very clear of the pros and cons of each house. He did great job communicating between us and listing agent. This helped a lot in winning the bid of the house with an acceptable price. Later, with his help of negotiation, we were able to ask the seller to keep the furniture we want, and remove some other furniture (stuck on the wall) that we don't need After we start to apply for mortgage, Terry cooperated smoothly with our bank agent, listing office, and lawyer, etc. Overall, It was 5-star experience.
