This our second home sale in two years. We would not consider using anyone else! When we first met with Terry we weren't actually sure that we wanted to deal with the hassle of moving. During the entire sales process, I have been outside the country. All of my communication with Terry was through emails and occasionally SMS. Terry has been excellent with his communication. He always responded to my emails promptly. His emails were very crisp and clear. Terry was always on top of his job and that gave me a lot of comfort. I always had a feeling that Terry was trying his best to get my home sold and that was important to me. I always found Terry's advice honest and sincere. In most situations I went ahead with his suggestions. He never pressured me to accept his views. That is a sign of a good broker. I only dealt with Terry but I guess other staff at Century21 must be good too. After all it is always the team. Overall it has been a great experience interacting with Terry Bunch. I will recommend Terry Bunch to my friends and relatives in Naperville in a heart beat. I owe this to him.
