We were looking for an agent who could help us "remodel" the home and then market it. We had rented it for 10 years, and were located 250 miles away. Terry came to our attention when looking online for an all-in-one agent to help us manage the remodeling project and then sell the house. This was a very complicated process that took a couple of months. It involved getting our long term renters out, a $25k remodel largely managed by Terry, the sales process itself with very high volume of showings, his sellers leaving the country for two weeks (Europe vacation) a week after the property was listed and experiencing limited communication, and multiple "failed" offer/counter offer situations. Throughout it all, Terry remained committed and positive. My wife and I found his involvement in this to be very comforting and strongly believe that this sale would have never happened without his efforts. Terry did a great job marketing the property. Although the market was hot, we had 60+ showings in just a couple weeks. His suggestions for the remodel were spot on based on the large amount of feedback we received from showing agents. He knew a lot of people that we could engage to get everything done to the house that needed to be done to sell it. We got almost exactly what he told us we would get for the house. We have sold a house 7 times in our life time. We have generally had very positive experiences, but this experience was the best of the bunch. Terry was patient with us, truly understood our needs, and worked with us closely by providing deep detailed understanding of the neighborhood, the houses themselves, styles, and all related features. Terry was truly amazing to work with from start to finish including the items above and many more. It went so well, that my mom is needing to sell her house soon and finding a new home in the suburbs and we will be using Terry for those deals as well.
