He was always professional;however, so easy to communicate with and I never had a worry for I knew he would take care of business. He was an excellent agent and would recommend him highly. Seller reviewselling my Mothers house after her passing was difficult to do. Terry Popham was so helpful and patient with me, knowing my decisions were for the estate which included four of us. His recommendations to update her house by taking down outdated wall paper, texturing, and re painting, is why I'm sure we had multiple contracts so soon after listing it with him. Terry kept me updated daily with showings, contract negotiations, option periods, etc etc etc. Thank you Terry for making a difficult time a whole lot easier.
