Seller reviewHave been friends with Terry since the 70's or '80's. In fact, he's like a brother to me. He's been a professional in the real estate industry for decades. He is always calm and patient. Gives good advice and feedback. Skilled negotiator for his clients, always protective of THEIR interests. He worked on behalf of my elderly parents who have moved on to assisted living. Terry not only managed the sale, but he also guided us through the clean up process (which included about 50 years of accumulated stuff), the estate sale, and the closing process. Even after the sale and the move he continues to keep tabs on my folks and me. Thank you Terry!
