Seller reviewTerry Popham did everything he said he would do to sell our house. He worked hard to have a few physical issues corrected on the property to help it sell. He went above and beyond our expectations doing things it would have been next to impossible for us to accomplish. Terry did an excellent job while being very professional and understanding. This was our first house sale and, needless to say, we were completely overwhelmed with the process. Terry was able to guide us through every step and took on a counselor role on numerous occasions. In addition, he added a renters agreement to the sale, which allowed us to stay in the house until we were able to move out. I highly recommend Terry Popham for anyone in need of a realtor.
