Buyer reviewTheresa Ashberry was very helpful in my purchase of property on Pipe N Tree in Hartfield. Their were some unkown variables on the property. Theresa communicated with sellers realtor and was able to answer all my questions. Enjoyed working with her.

Seller reviewI was selling my fathers house after I had moved him to assisted living near me in New Jersey. I did not have an agent to use in the area. My wife's friend who lives in Chesapeake Va recently became an agent and referred me to to Theresa to sell my fathers home. Let me tell you. Theresa was the absolute best to work with. Me being in NJ and not Virginia Theresa took care of everything. I never had a worry at all. She coordinated finding a contractor to make repairs to the house, a cleaning service and any other service I needed. Her professionalism is beyond reproach. She is an above excellent agent that I would recommend to anyone. She went above and beyond with everything and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was an absolute godsend and I feel blessed to have such a great person to sell my father's home during a very difficult time for me. Thank you so very much Theresa from the bottom of my heart for being an awesome person and agent. God bless.
