Seller reviewTheresa helped us pull off a difficult sale of my brother's house in Mathews after he passed, the property had a reverse mortgage, so we were up against a deadline with the bank. The property was also sold as-is, which added to the difficulty. Theresa was great from beginning to end throughout the entire process with her plan, sale strategy, and communications with all the twists and turns we went through getting this property sold. Would recommend her to anybody near the middle peninsula needing help buying or selling a home.
