Theresa is licensed in both Alabama and Georgia.She stepped away from Real Estate to support her husband's Career who served in the United States Army. Her experience, knowledge and professionalism demonstrates her achievements as Top Buyer's agent, Sapphire Level Award, Medallion Club Award and Certificate of Achievement Million Dollar Club 2021. Her awards and accomplishments are proven. Theresa has provided support and services to the Military and their families as the Assistant Director for Child and Youth Services/MWR at Fort Bliss, Texas as well as Fort Benning Georgia. As a Military Spouse, Theresa understands resiliency, challenges and supporting her clients through the home buying and selling process. Theresa is originally from California. However, she has moved around in support of her husband's Military career from the West Coast to the East Coast. In 2018, they decided to make Alabama their home. The beauty of AL and the Military Community that she has been supporting has been so rewarding as she chose to continue to serve her Military community. Buyer reviewThe leg work Theresa put in for us and her willingness to show houses during the short window we were able to be present was excellent. She fully exceeded my expectations set by previous Agents on past purchases. She never made us feel rushed and had plenty of knowledge on the homes and areas surrounding Fort Benning. It was fortunate that we were able to get such a great Agent first try. The biggest thing that stood out was just how many homes we were able to see in such a short amount of time until we found one that was perfect for my family and my budget.
