Seller reviewWe were not looking forward to selling our father's home. We thought that it would be on the market for months and would probably end up selling it for a lot less than it was worth. Theresa met with us right after we called her and she had bids on it within just a few days. She talked us through all the steps and made the sale easy for us. Buyer reviewGreat service -- I looked at several houses in order to find something I liked. We had a few problems (not of Theresa's fault) with the seller but her patience and mine led to me getting the house. This is a seller's market here and she always managed to get me into houses as one of the first people to see the house for sale which helped me greatly. She also negotiated for me when the inspection showed major repairs being needed without my being involved which worked to assist me in covering some of the expenses that occurred when I closed on the house.
