Excellent follow up ad follow through. Heard comments from Theresa after each visit which allowed me to have an ear to the process and to allow me to understand any problems with the house.December 2018
The details on the advertising and the yard sign as well as advertising seemed to work well. Since my price was high, it took longer to sell but I was satisfied with the good price we got.
Century 21 supplied a great photographer and a substitute showing by someone other than Theresa went very well as they were well informed about the house.
You can understand why Century 21 is a high volume seller here because they are all extremely professional and go beyond normal expectations.

Great service -- I looked at several houses in order to find something I liked. We had a few problems (not of Theresa's fault) with the seller but her patience and mine led to meNovember 2017
getting the house.
This is a seller's market here and she always managed to get me into houses as one of the first people to see the house for sale which helped me greatly. She also negotiated for me when the inspection showed major repairs being needed without my being involved which worked to assist me in covering some of the expenses that occurred when I closed on the house.
