As soon I decided and was pre-approved for my first home loan, I knew that I needed an agent that was knowledgeable and understood where I was coming from. So when I spoke with Thomas Drouin, I noticed that he was very attentive, asked the right questions. It amazed me that he was extremely knowledgeable, whether it was financing options, areas we were looking or Veteran topics. He explained everything thoroughly. He was everything I was looking for. I considered other agents before while I was shopping around, but none of them gave me what I needed. None had what Tom had. There was no discussion. I decided on Thomas Drouin. In fact, after I closed on the house, the finance company told me to make sure I thank Tom because he negotiated an awesome deal in my favor. Even the finance company acknowledged this and they wanted to make sure he got the credit and praise for it. I wholeheartedly agreed. I cannot reiterate enough that Tom was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and knew the areas so well. He educated me. I need to say this again, Tom was an excellent agent and very easy to work with. He was friendly, approachable and always willing to lend a hand. He even let me know about an organization that help Veterans, First Responders, Firefighters and others in the medical field. I would definitely recommend him to them and my friends and family that will be in the market soon.

Thomas Drouin was ready to go from the start. He listened to my requests and had so many options ready for us. We had one weekend to pick a house as we are moving from Iowa to Colorado! He found us our house on day one, called the builder and scheduled a walk through. He responded to me right away and always went above and beyond to help. His wife, Petra, was amazing also! He would be the only person I would cAll in the future if needed also!! We are so thankful and appreciative of Thomas Drouin!
