I can only say to anyone who wants to sell or buy a house to use Tom and Petra. They have a deep understanding of the real estate business and a real joy in the work they do as well as a compassionate understanding and a true desire to serve their clients to the best of their ability. It was a joy to work with them. I particularly liked the extensive research and write up that was done prior to listing my property. I have already recommended them to others and my daughter will be listing her home with them later this summer.

We also appreciated that he was willing to teach us about the home buying process and what to look for in a home along the way. Tom and Petra were fantastic to work with! They were so understanding of our needs as first time home buyers. They kept a positive attitude throughout the whole process which helped us do the same. I highly recommend, especially if you qualify for homes for heroes! They were truly wonderful. Tom was so quick to set up our open houses and meet us there on time!
