We bought and sold our home through Thomas, and I would not have wanted to experience this process with anyone else. Thomas was great at explaining and teaching us the process of buying and selling a home. Thomas always kept us informed immediately with what was going on with our buy or sale of our home. Thomas' weekly video updates are absolutely phenomenal. Again, I cannot emphasize enough that Thomas is the best realtor I have ever met or dealt with. I would highly recommend Thomas Payne to everyone, and honestly if you are in the central Iowa area, Thomas Payne is the only realtor any one should ever use.
