Buyer reviewAs a first time home buyer in a tough market, Century21 was the right decision. Thomas Payne played a large role in that as it was obvious his first priority was to help us find the right home while also educating us on the whole process. He has a great personality, easy to get along with, very knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions you may have. 10/10 would recommend Thomas Payne to others.

Thomas walked through everything with me and treated my questions as though they were important even though he's probably answered these questions for others hundreds of times. He is very understanding, patient, and super fun. I'm very thankful for him.

Buying your first home is stressful, and Thomas took the time to explain the process and ease all of our concerns. We had such a great experience with Thomas that we knew we wanted him to help us find our next home. About a year and a half ago, we reached out to Thomas with a list of everything we wanted in our next home. Thomas definitely delivered! The house he found us is absolutely perfect. It has everything we wanted in our next home plus more! Thomas was always quick to answer all of our phone calls and texts which we really appreciated! Even when we would call him at odd hours or on the weekends he would always pickup. That kind of customer service is really rare in today's world! He is always courteous, professional and easy to talk too. We would 100% recommend him to all of our family and friends.
