Buyer reviewIf you are looking for a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful real estate agent to guide you through the home buying process, I recommend Thomas Payne. Thomas was very helpful to us especially when we were negotiating with the listing agent and sellers about price and repair of the property as a condition of purchase. He made himself available to us and promptly answered our questions via text, which worked well for us. Even when we ran into some unexpected difficulties at closing, he worked out a way to complete the transaction with minimal delay. My wife and I believe that you would enjoy working with Thomas Payne the next time you need the services of a competent and trustworthy real estate agent.
