Seller reviewWe were so Thankful to have Thomas as our realtor for the sale of our home again. This was such a smooth process. We reached out to Thomas letting him know we were thinking about listing our house and asked him what we could list it for. He presented a fair price for listing our home however we had to do some updates before we could list. He asked if he could let some of his coworkers know our home may be coming on the market to get some leads, which was fine with us. We got a call a couple days later that someone wanted to walk through our home. We never thought we would have only one person walk through, not have our home fully listed, and they buy our home. Thomas did a wonderful job! I've recommended him to my friends and family. He has worked with several and they all have been Happy with Thomas and Century 21.

He also did a fantastic job of communicating with us, for homes that came on the market and even more so once we decided to purchase a home. We were a bit nervous about the whole process initially, but Thomas helped us through the entire process and put our minds at ease about everything. He was very punctual and provided a lot of guidance on the paperwork and deadlines for the home buying process. He also never hesitated to answer any questions that we had.
