We frequently search zillow/craigslist etc for properties, but he has been finding solid purchases for us before the listings have made it to Zillow, et al. I like that he knows what we are looking for and keeps a close eye on the market for us. He responds right away to our inquiries on properties. He's a wonderful realtor and makes the buying/selling process easy and stress free.
