Seller reviewThomas provided excellent service and clear communication about the sale process and what we should expect. Our house generated much more traffic in terms of page views and showings than peer houses we were tracking. Thomas provided excellent insight in the offer negotiation process and our sale price was much higher than initially expected. I would highly recommend Thomas to anyone looking to sell a house in the Metro.

Seller reviewHe was very accommodating with us and was always available by phone or text. I really enjoyed working with him and he was a great help walking us thru how to sell a house. He sold my mom's property in 8 days and had 1 open house the first week it was listed. The quick sale allowed my mom to save money on Association fees and utilities. He was very patient working with my 74 year old mother and I. He made it less stressful for me as a daughter trying to get my mom's property sold. I knew we were meant to work with him because his first name is the same as my father who passed away 4 years ago. I am sure that my dad had a hand in helping us choose Thomas!
