He helped us find a great lot in an excellent location. He was with us every step of the way in the home building process and even came to all of our appointments to pick out our cabinets, flooring, etc. He definitely went above and beyond to make our home buying experience great! Thomas was easy to reach and always got back to us in a timely manner. We really enjoyed the process of building our home and Thomas helped to make it as stress free and easy/fun as possible. We would highly recommend him to our friends and family!

Based on extensive comps, he recommended a list price that was several thousand dollars above what I had anticipated. We then proceeded to accept an offer that was still well above my expected sale price in under a week! Thomas was also very proactive in dealing with the inspection and documentation requirements leading up to closing. I had a seamless experience as a seller and was able to sell the home while doing little other than moving out! I recommend Thomas wholeheartedly.
