She was so thorough and thought of stuff we never would've come up with. She is so easy to get ahold of and was there for us every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make the selling/buying process much easier and less stressful. She was very patient with us throughout the entire process, and often took time away from her family on nights and weekends to accommodate our work schedules and our questions. She replied promptly to our calls and emails, regardless of the time of day. Even though she was juggling multiple clients while working with us, she always made us feel like we were her only client. Her marketing reach exceeded our expectations, and she was able to bring us three offers in twelve days, ultimately selling our house for asking price. We bought a home and sold a home at the same time, closing both deals on the same day. Tiffany helped make this a seamless process, so that we never had a gap in our living arrangements. We had an expectation of our next house and did not want to settle for less. Tiffany helped us get our forever home and we couldn't be more excited! Tiffany helped us understand the current market situations, she helped us understand our best options for making an offer, and she set up all the inspections with qualified professionals. She was always very easily reached and would often offer us properties we might be interested in, I really felt like she knew what we were looking for in a home and she made the offer process very pleasant.

Seller reviewI chose Tiffany for her knowledge of and love for historic homes. She also had expertise in photography and took her own photos of clients' homes. Everyone I spoke with who knew her raved about her photography. I could tell from our first phone conversation that Tiffany would prioritize the sale of our home. I was right! Tiffany did an outstanding job preparing us for putting our house on the market. She advised on staging. She came out and did several visits to take photos and made a video. The house looked perfect, and her promotion of our home was fantastic. That's why we had 5-6 showings the day the house went on the market and why we had an offer the same day! People from out of town came to see our house because of her online promotion. Because of her amazing photos, our house was featured on a Facebook page titled "For the Love of Old Houses." You need a higher category than excellent for me to rate Tiffany. Our experience with Tiffany was amazing. From the beginning, she earned our trust. Throughout the entire process, she was responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful. She made a difficult process as easy as possible. I have never worked with anyone as hard-working and professional as Tiffany. I cannot overstate what a talented realtor and outstanding person Tiffany is. She sets the standard for realtors.
