Once we came back home to Michigan for the sommer months, Tim kept in touch and if any problems arose (air conditioner), he facilitated the repairs. He is like family... can't say enough about his customer service! Thank you Tim for being so kind to two old folks like us and even extending an invitation to spend Thanksgiving with you and your family!
