Seller reviewTim was very responsive and provided excellent advice/service both on short-term rentals and eventually, the sale of my condo. He managed the sale while I was in Canada, contacting me whenever necessary and keeping me informed throughout the process. I felt fully confident of his abilities and recommendations to facilitate closing arrangements with the title company and buyers. The process was handled expeditiously and professionally, upon our return to Florida (which was not even necessary), and the funds deposited on closing day. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone seeking a solid real estate professional who is also very personable.
