Seller reviewTim was recommended to me by my brother in law, Frank. I was undecided about whether to flip or to sell on the open market. Frank told me to call Tim because Tim would make the best recommendation. It turns out that Tim is very knowledgeable about the law and how fully disclosing all defects and imperfections on real property is not a problem and that the best decision is to let the buyers decide for themselves. Choose an agent and let the buyers decide. And choose Tim, because he helped me deal with all of the anxiety involved in the emotionally strenuous process of selling a fixer upper.
