The process wasn't easy because we had to clear a few hurdles, but Tim was there every step of the way, going above and beyond to help me get to the finish line. Tim was always available, his honesty, and knowledge was truly refreshing. Tim is truly one of a kind. Tim is more than an real estate agent, is an oustanding individual, and I am glad we were able to become friends through the process.

Seller reviewTimothy is an excellent Real estate professional! He knows his job very well! He was able to navigate through this tough market. He researched the market value of my property that I was selling, and counselled me on what to list it for, and what it would probably appraise for. He also was able to help us find the right property to buy, and the price that would land us the acceptance of our offer. At the last minute the buyer for my condo couldn't perform, we were at risk to lose the property we were buying. Tim went through all the offers we'd received and found us another buyer in just 24 hours! We were able to close in less than14 days and concurrently close on the other property! He really knew what to do and was so amazing at pulling everything together! I am very grateful! Overall, this was the best experience I've had! Timothy is a very nice person that is not only knowledgeable in his field, but he is also polite, compassionate, calm and positive! I have had other realtors in my past, as I am investor, by far he is the best I have ever dealt with! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Seller reviewWe hit more hoops from the buyers than expected and Tim kicked butt getting everything to continue advancing whenever something was starting to slow down. He really went to bat for us and we appreciate him so much! Tim was very communicative and never once did I feel like I didn't know what was going on. He's extremely knowledgeable and was able to walk us through this whole process without us getting confused. Not only that but the team/people that he surrounds himself with are also so great and responsive we never once felt out of the loop. I will definitely be recommending Tim to my friends/family.
